Here is what I made this month:
I used a damask print from the Emporium paper pack for the chair, created a pleat for the middle bottom and added pearls. after attaching the pearls, I used a marker to add the lines so the chair looks tufted. The paper fold flower is from a very old paper set but I love the greens.

Here is a second card that was made with watercolor pen and ink from the pads, to color in the image and some paper piecing.

I used glitter glue on the seat of the first chair and the centers of the flowers along the bottom border. The colors are inspired by emporium paper pack.

Oh my gosh these is darling! I really love the dry embossed background on the 2nd card! You should tell everyone how you did that.
ReplyDeleteThe added kick pleat at the bottom of the chair - very clever. I really like the 2nd one with the assorted chairs. Nice job!
ReplyDeleteLovely cards AND your accordion flower is STUNNING!

The background for the second card was done with a paisley embossing folder using my cuttlebug. I then sanded the paper to highlight the embossed image.
ReplyDeleteLove them both. Great job!
ReplyDeleteYour cards are beautiful! I love the pleating on the front of the chair, and that folded medallion is gorgeous.
