This card was made with Cricut and Art Philosophy cartridge along with the wonderful Dotty side of the paper pack! I used the the heart on the bottom right (involves a shift key). I just cut out two of each color and then arranged them into a flower - you don't even have to line up the tips because the black button covers the middle. The inside sports a Happy Birthday which was colored with markers to give the rainbow effect on a label also cut using Art Philosophy cartridge. A very easy card to mass produce and soooooo cheery!
