October Blog Hop

Welcome to our Stamp of the Month Blog Hop!

We are featuring October's SOTM, which is Holiday Warmth, a set of eleven stamps. If you have come here from Jill's Blog, you are on the right path! If this is your first stop, you may want to go back to Jena's Blog and start from the beginning!

This month we have over 60 Close To My Heart Consultants sharing their creations in three blog hops, using this month's SOTM and other great CTMH products on their blogs. It is simple to hop along - just click on the link at the end of the post on each blog to move to the next one! Here we go! I tried several shots to get the glitter effect - it really is sparkly!

Materials Used:
Paper: Twilight Cardstock, Sweet Leaf Cardstock
Stamps: October SOTM - Holiday Warmth and C1379 Holiday Commentary
Inks: Sweet Leaf and Twilight
Other:
Z553 Glue Pen (allow glue to dry to tacky finish); Z1222 Glitter Rub On Sheets (used green for the tree and blue for the ornaments); Z1220 Glitter Brads - Jolly Assortment; Holiday Collection ribbon; Cuttle bug used on twilight cardstock along with a sanding block

Process: Traced the stamped tree image with the glue pen, allow to dry to tacky, take the green glitter rub on sheet and lay over the tree image, rub glitter onto tree with stick - the tackiness of the glue will grab the glitter. Repeat process with the ornaments and blue glitter.

Now "Hop" on over to Dawn's Blog to see her work! Be sure to visit all the Consultants at their Blogs to get some great crafting ideas and other fun ideas! Remember, the October SOTM is only available until October 31st! Contact your CTMHConsultant (or click here) to see how you can get this stamp set at a discount or even free!
